Dear Mr. Taylor,

this letter is just to express our gratitude for the help we needed to give up smoking. I started smoking when I was in my early teens and had tried several times to give up, unsuccessfully, may I add. Between my partner and myself we were smoking no less than 80 cigarettes a day sometimes more.

We both were a bit dubious about visiting you and were quite unsure of what was going to happen that day, but you put us both at ease the moment we walked into your office.

Approximately one hour later we walked away from your office as non-smokers and have not smoked since.

We never craved the missing nicotine and we waited patiently for the mood swings (They didn't arrive).

Over three months have passed since we met you and although we have gained a couple of pounds in weight between us, it is a price worth paying, as non-smokers we are enjoying life to the full and send our sincere thanks as you were the one who made this happen.

After a recommendation from a number of friends I decided to try hypnotherapy to stop smoking and booked a visit with Brian. “I decided to give up smoking for a number of reasons, but mainly because I felt that, although I enjoyed it, I was living my life based on how and when I could fit in my next cigarette. I chose not to smoke
in my home or car as I have a toddler, so often found myself standing outside in the cold and rain quickly having a couple of puffs and wondering ‘ what am I doing?!’
I saw Brian's advert twice before calling to make an appointment. I must say that although I believed hypnotherapy could work I did not believe the claims in the advert and it would be so easy.
I had tried to give up before, I know how bad the cravings could be and I simply could not see how you could give up smoking without suffering.
After my session, which took less than an hour, I drove home wondering when I would start craving my first cigarette and if I would be able to handle it. All through the first two days I thought constantly about cigarettes, NOT because I wanted one but wondering when it would begin! On the third and fourth evenings I did experience wanting a cigarette for about half an hour, but it was more of a passing thought
than a craving and was quite easy to control. Within a week
I hardly thought about giving up smoking and felt as if I had already become a non smoker. Compared to my previous attempts to stop smoking where each hour of each day
was a struggle, this really has been as easy as the advert said.
With the minimum of will-power on my behalf I feel as if I will never smoke another cigarette.
I saved the cost of the session within six weeks of quitting and will save over £ 2000 in the first year”.
